Home Health
For many older adults and persons with disabilities, in-home care is a preferred alternative for healthcare services. We offer free RN assessments, skilled nursing including but not limited to medication setup and monitoring, and health care coordination. Registered home health aides are available for personal attendant care, companion and respite care, and homemaker services. Services are available through Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, and CHOICE. We cover Marion, Johnson, Shelby, and Hancock counties and are licensed by the State.
