Anyone who knows someone with a disability, understands some of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities-and how important it is for them to lead rewarding lives of fulfilled promise and realized potential.

Finding a job, a friend, a life partner; getting fit: these are basics for most of us. For people with disabilities, some of them can be as difficult as they are important. Independent Residential Living of Central Indiana helps these goals become realities.

Rather than trying to fit consumers into jobs, we’re working to find consumers employment based on their likes, dislikes, talents, skills, and input from those who know them best. This person centered approach has the potential to revolutionize what we do.

We are developing new programming to help our consumers build their social skills and their relationships. In addition to the new social skills programming, we are launching new programming to help our consumers establish and meet fitness and nutrition goals through personal initiatives designed especially for their individual needs.
