| Connie Dillman Connie is a nationally known leader in the field of developmental disabilities. With extensive experience in policy implementation and strategic planning, she has developed nationally recognized service models for people with developmental disabilities who are in crisis. She has experience at leading and motivating executive teams and volunteer boards of directors. Connie is the past president of the National Association of Executives of The Arc. Recognized as a strong advocate and leader, she has chaired and served on numerous boards and committees on the local, state, and national levels, including boards of directors of The Arc of the United States, The Council on Quality and Leadership, and the Arc of Indiana. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana State University and a Master of Science degree from Indiana University. "It is my honor to serve as the President and CEO for Tangram. The people we serve are leading meaningful and happy lives, and witnessing this provides tremendous personal satisfaction. It is gratifying to work at Tangram which is staffed by extraordinarily talented people who have dedicated their careers to advocating for people with disabilities. | Pam Byerly Pam earned her B.S. in Physical Education in 1993 from Indiana University. She joined Tangram in 1995, and now has over 14 years of experience with the agency. Over the years, Pam has served in many roles, including Direct Support, QMRP, and Program Manager, all in the Supervised Group Living Program. She has also worked in Supported Employment and in Case Management. Pam is a very passionate advocate for people with disabilities as well as a strong proponent for increasing disability awareness in the general public. Pam has served as chair of several committees over the years at Tangram, and has been in her current position as Director of Supervised Group Living since 2005. She is a crazed Colts’ fan, spends much of her spare time boating or at a race track cheering on her favorite drivers.

| Carol Christopher Carol has always enjoyed helping people make connections and communicate with others. She brings more than a decade of IT experience to Tangram, where she maintains the computer network, allowing staff to share information. Previously, she worked for many years in the rehabilitation field as a VR Counselor for the deaf. Carol has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her varied interests include her church, solving puzzles and playing with her grandchildren. |
| Steve Clossey Steve is a graduate of Butler University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Corporate Communication. Steve brings over 14 years of experience working in the Human Services field. Steve manages marketing and intake for the organization and strives to promote the values and image of Tangram. He is a world class dog lover especially when it comes to his Giant Schnauzer’s Barrett and Frankie and his Wheaton Terrier Emma. Steve can often be spotted downtown on game day cheering on his beloved Colts and Pacers. |
| Lynne Conant Lynne has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years, and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is passionate about her family and her employment at Tangram. She finds inner peace in her garden and the ocean. Lynne takes great pleasure in being the instigator of a little fun in the office. |
| Kathy McClure As the Director of Resource Development for Tangram, Kathy oversees the organization’s fundraising and volunteer management. Kathy comes to Tangram with 12 years of experience in not-for-profits and fundraising in Illinois. Kathy is new to Indianapolis and is enjoying getting to know the community and promoting the Tangram Way. Kathy is very involved with her family and extended family across the United States and enjoys traveling. |
| Steve O'dore Steve started at Tangram as the Director of Behavioral Health Services in 2005. With over 22 years of experience in the behavioral health field, it is no wonder Steve received the Living in the Community award from the ARC of Indiana. Steve is Chairman of the Board of Education for Trinity Lutheran School. Steve is an avid sports fan and although he enjoys watching and playing basketball, baseball and football, his focus is now on coaching his two children in various soccer leagues. |
| Melissa Steele, J.D.
Melissa joined Tangram after 6 years with Bona Vista Programs, Inc. in Kokomo, Indiana. There she served as the agency’s HIPAA Privacy Officer along with a multitude of other compliance and grant related duties. Melissa received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Melissa has spent time focusing on the importance of services in the nonprofit field and is passionate about utilizing her education and experience to help the community. During law school, she worked with clients in need through an externship with Nevada Legal Services and was actively involved with the law school’s Public Interest Law Association. Melissa now oversees the compliance and risk management procedures for Tangram to ensure best business practices and the highest quality of service delivery. |
| Angela Tyler Angie Tyler is a graduate of Indiana University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She started her career in public accounting, moved on to corporate accounting, then settled in the not-for-profit healthcare field. She is a Certified Public Accountant who brings 10 years of not-for-profit and healthcare accounting experience to Tangram. Angie is especially passionate about the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as she is the mother of a young man with disabilities.

| Peter Zubler Peter has over 20 years of experience managing resources and supports for children and adults with disabilities. For the past 3 ½ years, Peter has been the director of Community Services with Tangram, facilitating communication, resource allocation, and crisis support among individuals, families, and service providers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University. Peter is the father of 3 brilliant, beautiful children. His passions include politics, gardening, home DIY projects, independent film and music, supporting local businesses. |
